Here you will find all the information needed to register at looktrendynow.com, access your account and resolve any related situation.
Registering is very simple: we will only ask you for the necessary information to speed up the purchase process. You can do it on the Register option.
If you already have an account, you can log in by entering your email address and password. To end the session and log out securely, you can do so from Profile > Account.

do I have to register to shop online?

At LookTrendyNow, we offer the option to place an order without having previously registered. All you have to do is provide the basic information for the purchase (personal details, delivery address and payment details).

I can’t access my account what I have to do?
Please check that the email and password you have entered are correct. If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it by selecting the Forgot your password? option

We offer you the option to change the password linked to your Zara account. To update it, just go to the Change password section.
If you want to recover your password, when logging in, select the option Forgot your password? Once you provide us with your email address, we will send you an email so you can reset it.

In order to offer you size recommendations adapted to you and others, you can register the corresponding measurements in your Profile, located in the My Measurements section. You can edit or update them whenever you need to.

This is what you can do on the Settings section of your looktrendynow account:
  • Newsletter Settings: you can choose the sections or collections that interest you most and thus be always up to date. You will receive weekly information about new collections, promotions and other news from LookTrendyNow.com.
  • Change language: you will be able to select your preferred language to receive our communications.
  • Set your privacy preferences.

I haven’t received an email, to reset the password what can I do?
If you have not received the password reset email, please make sure that the email address you provided is correct. Please also check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us and we will help you.

 

how do I add a card to my payment methods?

When you make a purchase at LookTrendyNow, we give you the option to save the card used for the purchase. Please note that you will be able to view and edit your payment methods from the Payment Method section of your account.

how can I delete my account?
If you want to cancel your LookTrendyNow account and delete your personal data, you can do so in your Account on our app or website.
If you prefer, you can contact us so that we can do it for you.

With the Favourites option you can easily bookmark and access the items you like the most. Here’s how to use it.

With this option, you can save the items you are interested in. How does it work?
  • Every time you click on the Favourites symbol on the product page, that item will be added to your list.
  • You can access your list from your shopping basket and share it with whoever you like using the link provided when you choose this option.
  • You can delete items at any time by simply clicking on the Favourites symbol.
  • The maximum capacity of the Favourites option is 100 items.
  • Marking an item as a favourite does not imply its reservation.

 

Look for this symbol to add the items to your favourites.

Remember: you will only be able to enjoy the Favourites option if you are a registered customer. Gift Cards cannot be added to this list.

The LOOKTRENDYNOW QR is your LOOKTRENDYNOW user ID. It will help you to simplify all the processes related to your purchases.
WHERE IS MY LOOKTRENDYNOW QR?
If you are a registered LookTrendyNow customer you can locate your LookTrendyNow QR by accessing your account from the APP or from the website on your phone.
WHAT CAN I DO WITH MY LOOKTRENDYNOW QR?
  • All online and in-store purchases can be linked. At a physical store, identify yourself with your LookTrendyNow QR code when paying and request an e-receipt.
  • You can pick up all your online orders in a store by showing your LookTrendyNow QR.
