online availability of an item?

We suggest you check our website to keep up to date with the latest news and availability of our products.
If the size of the item you are interested in is out of stock, but has the Coming soon option, you can provide us with your email address and we will let you know if it is available again in the next 15 days. If it is not restocked within this period, the subscription will expire and you will have to re-register it. This process does not reserve the item.
On some items, we may display a low stock message for certain sizes. If any of them are of interest to you, we encourage you to buy them so that you don’t miss out.
Bear in mind that the items in the basket are not reserved. If your basket includes items that are no longer available, we will notify you so that you can remove them and complete the purchase of the other items.
On each item’s page, you will find our suggestions to complete your look or similar products that may interest you.

in-store availability of an item

On Zara.com, you can check the stock in our stores thanks to the option Check in-store availability. Just select the item you are interested in and the location and we will show you the nearest stores where it is available. Please remember that the stock information in our stores is for guidance only.

If you are in one of our Zara stores and the garment you are interested in is not available, our staff will be able to help you make an online purchase using an in-store device.

At LookTrendyNow you can find a wide range of garments in natural, artificial and synthetic materials. You will have detailed information about the composition of each item both on Zara.com and on the garment itself.
Our Animal Welfare Policy includes ethical standards in the use of animal products in accordance with the “Five Freedoms” of animal welfare for the ethical and conscientious treatment of animals. You can find more information NATURE SECURE POLICY.
We work with monitoring programmes to ensure compliance with our social, environmental and health and safety standards for our garments.
To assess compliance, we have developed a programme of audits and continuous improvement plans.

LookTrendyNow reserves the right to change the prices of items throughout the campaign.
All our items are priced the same online and in store. If there is any difference between the prices shown on the website and on the labels, the correct price will always be the price shown at the time of purchase.
Please keep in mind we do not adjust prices for items whose original prices may have been reduced.

At LookTrendyNow we aim to guarantee maximum quality in our products, and we are committed to being transparent about any items that might have had to be withdrawn from sale for any reason.
There are currently no items being withdrawn. For further information about previous withdrawals, please contact our Customer Service Department.
